  • Company History

Careworld London was established in 2011 by Ayub Khan who had for years worked in various roles in Social Care and related disciplines.

Ayub Khan successful M.A Research revealed a grave lack of housing and care services for BME elders in London and its environs. Consequent upon these revelations, Careworld London was formed to address this gap and provide tailor made top quality care services to meet all of these needs and provide the required succour to the patients.

From its first base in London Borough of Towerhamlets, London, and with a handful of family and friends, Careworld London began to provide care to the BME communities, in particular Asian Adult and elders, on a private commissioned basis. The Company developed into providing care services to paying clients who wished to pay for a specialised service that was not only appropriate and responsive but equally suitable to their cultural, social, religious and physical needs.

Many of these initial Service Users came as referrals from the well established community-based organisations such as churches, mosques and day centres often linked to BME communities. Careworld has successfully sustained and maintained all of these links, which we believe are germane to the continued cordial relationship that exists between us.

Careworld has however progressed from the initial specialised provision of care services to the BME communities into the provision of a range of care services to all communities though not forgetting our heritage.

Put differently, It is pertinent to note that Careworld London has graduated from being a specialist care provider to a provider of mainstream care and support services at all times wherever and whenever such services are required or needed.
